When the Music Becomes Ministry

There's a moment in the studio when a track stops being just a track. When the Spirit moves through the sound and something holy happens in the room. The engineers feel it. The musicians feel it. And you know — you know — that what you're making isn't just music. It's a message.
I've had that moment more times than I can count. And every time it happens, I'm reminded that this calling is bigger than any chart position, any award, any streaming number. God didn't give me this gift for me. He gave it for whoever needs to hear it on the hardest day of their life.
If you're a creative reading this — whether you sing, produce, write, or play — don't create for the applause. Create from the altar. Let your art be an act of worship first, and let God multiply it from there.
Scripture: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord." — Colossians 3:23
